YEAR 11 EXCURSION 2008
Forty-eight Year 11 students recently undertook a four-day excursion to Canberra and Perisher snowfields. An early start from school on Tuesday, took the group to Canberra’s Australian Institute for Sport that afternoon. The next day students visited the Australian Museum and War Memorial as well as the Powerdome indoor sports facility. Thursday and Friday were spent skiing and snowboarding at Perisher, where the conditions were perfect for taking on the slopes. All students enjoyed themselves and strengthened friendships along the way. Special thanks to Pat at Pruggers Bus Company and assistant teachers Mrs Nash and Ms Pfeiffer for making the excursion a success.
