The 3rd of September is National Reading Day.  We are celebrating the day by running a competition entitled:

WHERE WERE YOU READING?

Students need to take a picture of themselves reading somewhere and bring it into the library to display, or you can email your entry to serena.fiegert@education.nsw.gov.au  There are 3 categories.

1.  Most unusual place
2.  Showcase local area
3.  Furthest from Coonabarabran

We will also be holding an out of uniform day on 3rd September. On the day you should come as your FAVOURITE CHARACTER FROM A BOOK.  It is not a fundraiser, but there will be prizes for the best costume.  A sleepover event will be held on Friday, 5th September.  Contact the school library for more information.
