Year 12 entertained the school with a polished performance of the book Pete the Sheep on Wednesday, May 20 to celebrate National Simultaneous Reading Day. There were some fine deliveries by Rachel McWhirter as Pete and Anthony Prugger as Shaun his shearer. Mungo Ryan, Liam Morrissey and Simon Fraser played their roles as shearers with conviction. Brent Morrissey, Rachel Elton and Aaron Percival were magnificent as dogs, and the cast of sheep and the sign holders played great supporting roles. Mr Gardiner held the cast together with his narration. It was an enjoyable and memorable experience for the rest of the school. Thankyou to Mrs Birrell for her ingenious costume design.
